Leveraging your 3–6 years of legal background, you’ll be immersed in the intricacies of negotiating client agreements and overseeing compliance protocols. You'll work alongside sales and leadership to facilitate rapid deal-making while providing essential legal insights on funding risks and internal systems development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and manage agreements with swift turnaround
• Develop scalable legal workflows and compliance measures
• Advise on SR&ED and funding legalities
• Maintain internal policies for data privacy and handling
• Act as a commercial enabler within the organization
