In this position, you will manage a substantial workload of over 50 files, overseeing every aspect from initial claims handling to trial. Your role will help educate clients on litigation processes while ensuring compliance with local laws and internal standards. Collaboration with claims adjusters and leadership will drive successful outcomes and enhance service delivery.
