Import / Export Coordinator

Plan, monitor and execute the secure, un-damaged movement of all international imported & exported goods via Air, Sea, and Land, as well as local transport’s to and from regional hubs to dispatch locations for the offshore rigs. Ensure all required logistics, customs and excise documentation is accurate and processed in line with local and international requirements.

• Prepare and ensure all import-export clearance instructions are issued to the Company’s Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Providers in a timely and accurate manner
• Oversee performance of 3PL’s to ensure agreed service level is maintained and resolve or elevate any performance issues to support management
