Import & Export Assistant

Import-Export Assistant is responsible for supporting the company’s foreign trade operations, ensuring compliance with Mexican customs and foreign trade legislation. Responsibilities include reviewing, verifying, and filing necessary documentation for the import and export of production materials, machinery, and equipment, and collaborating with logistics and customs teams to ensure accurate, timely processes.

In this role, the Import & Export Assistant will:

• Assist in reviewing and filing import and export documentation, including invoices, customs declarations, and certificates of origin.
• Keep Annex 24, customs declaration records, and foreign trade files up to date and organized.
• Verify that imported and exported goods match the BOMs and records in SAP.
• Provide support for invoicing and tracking import and export operations under different customs regimes.
