About the job
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for hotel partners during the onboarding process. Your role is to ensure a seamless and efficient integration of new hotel contracts, acting as a connectivity champion while maintaining a high standard of quality for each property presence on the Hopper platform. You will communicate directly with hotel partners to collect the necessary information for mapping, activation, and optimization.
Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, and a strong collaborative approach with internal teams, including Implementation, Market Specialists, and Market Management.
