We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Family-Based Immigration Paralegal to join our team remotely. In this role, the paralegal will work closely with attorneys to prepare and manage family-based immigration cases from start to finish. Ideal candidates are proactive, client-focused, and thrive in fast-paced legal environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file family-based immigration petitions and applications, including forms I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, and all related supporting documents
- Collect, review, and organize client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Maintain and manage case files, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Communicate with clients to provide case updates, request documents, and respond to general inquiries
