Lawgical Law Corporation is looking to hire an associate lawyer with experience in Canadian immigration and refugee law. We are a Surrey‑based law firm with a strong immigration practice.
We seek an independent, practical, organized lawyer who can manage files responsibly and communicate directly with clients.
Remote work is available for the right candidate.
Areas of Practice
- Refugee claims and refugee appeals
- Pre‑removal risk assessments
- Humanitarian and compassionate applications
- Spousal sponsorships and sponsorship appeals
- Stays of removal
- Judicial reviews before the Federal Court
- Temporary resident applications, including visitor visas, work permits, and study permits
- CBSA matters and removal‑related issues
