IFM Senior Manager — Partnered Facilities Excellence

The LEGO Group in Monterrey, Nuevo León is looking for a skilled manager to handle our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services. You will be the main contact for our external IFM partner, ensuring the delivery of services such as catering, cleaning, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in facility management within large organizations and will be responsible for performance assessments and continuous improvement of service quality.

The role also involves budgeting, approvals, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
