IFM Associate – Toronto
CI Financial is hiring a full‑time IFM Associate to join the IFM team in Toronto. The role supports the fund operations team with audit, money moves, pricing reviews and other day‑to‑day duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage money moves related to fund custody accounts
- Handle trade cancellations, corrections and backdates
- Review and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly fund prices provided by our third‑party fund administrator
- Assist with quarterly compliance reporting and reviews
- Manage fund audits and regulatory filings for IIROC and the OSC
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the many functional areas of Dealer operations, with the goal of being an active member in evolving internal platforms
