Job Description
Our client is a long-established Chartered Independent Financial Advisory practice based in Chester, with over 40 years of experience. Their focus is on delivering thoughtful, ethical financial planning with the clients best interests at the core of everything they do. They are currenty revcruiting an experienced IFA Administartor to join their busy team. Main Duties: Liaising with and supporting the advisers and paraplanners Administering new business for investments, pensions and protection Updating systems, preparing valuations and annual review documentation Communicating with existing and prospective clients and providers by phone, email and post Logging cheques and policy documents Answering the telephone Processing new business applications Chasing outstanding items Dealing with client queries Up-dating and producing client valuations Preparing client files for meetings Researching performance of investment funds Typing letters and reports Photocopying Obtaining quotes and docum...
