Lead HR AI innovation at iA Financial Group as the Practice Lead for HR Innovation and AI. This strategic role will focus on maximizing the impact of AI initiatives within the Talent and Culture division.
In the Practice Lead role, you will define and execute the VPTC AI strategy and roadmap, ensuring proper governance aligned with corporate frameworks. You will collaborate with HR leaders to drive the identification and industrialization of high-impact AI use cases. Your focus will also include promoting a value-driven approach, along with facilitating the Digital Allies network to foster engagement and AI literacy throughout the organization.
