Job Description
Become a pivotal part of Ford of Canada's Supply Chain team as a Hybrid Supplier Technical Assistance Launch Engineer! This role focuses on delivering high-quality, externally sourced parts for vehicle and powertrain programs.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of five years of experience with STA quality tools and systems. You will play a crucial role in sourcing parts globally, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and managing supplier relationships to ensure optimal cost and delivery. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential to meet program timelines effectively.

• Identify new toled end items and liaise with tier-2 suppliers
• Develop and maintain program-specific NTEI files
