As a Software Specialist, you'll be instrumental in the administration and configuration of Zenoti across CPP Clinics, which specializes in medical aesthetics. Your responsibilities will include overseeing clinic onboarding processes, data migrations, and training staff on EMR best practices, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure EMR settings and service menus in Zenoti
• Lead data migrations from other EMR systems
• Provide training and create training materials for staff
• Support ongoing EMR platform issues and improvements
• Collaborate with IT and clinic operations for optimal alignment
