Hybrid Role in Direct Procurement Analytics

Join as a Direct Procurement Analyst in a hybrid role supporting ingredient and packaging sourcing. Strengthen collaborations and enhance efficiency in the procurement process effectively.
In this role, you will assist in managing procurement operations, ensuring timely updates of supplier price lists and addressing discrepancies with invoices. You will operate within a team to resolve supply disruptions and conduct vital financial analyses of RFPs. Your insights will guide the development of KPIs to monitor product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate ingredient and packaging approval processes
• Manage contract tracking and pricing updates
• Resolve invoice discrepancies promptly
• Liaise with plants to provide updated forecasts
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related fields
• 5 years experience in food manufacturing procurement
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ...
