This full-time Release Engineer role is essential for the transition from RHEL 7 to RHEL 9. You will manage OS migration, package engineering, and streamline our CI/CD processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure our software supply chain is secure and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the transition for applications to RHEL 9
• Automate creation and deployment of RPM packages
• Maintain Kubernetes environments for workload migration
• Develop custom tools for vulnerability remediation
• Ensure compliance and security in software delivery
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Expertise in Python for automation tasks
• Container management skills with Podman and Docker
