Enhance patient care as a full-time Practice Consultant with WELLSTAR Operations Ltd. This hybrid role focuses on optimizing Electronic Medical Records while building crucial relationships with healthcare organizations.
In this position, you'll operate within Toronto or Vancouver areas, performing account reviews and training clinics on WELL Health products. Effective management of customer escalations and contributing to sales strategies alongside Sales Account Executives are key components of this role. Your expertise will significantly influence customer satisfaction and adoption of EMR systems.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct account reviews for WELL Clinic EMR customers • Identify training gaps and deliver specialized support • Assist with product rollouts and drive user adoption • Build valuable relationships with OSCAR Pro customers • Collaborate with Customer Success Team for issue resolution
