Enhance healthcare delivery as a full-time Practice Consultant with WELLSTAR Operations Ltd. This hybrid role emphasizes relationship building and optimizing Electronic Medical Records for clinics across Toronto or Vancouver.
As a key Practice Consultant, you will be tasked with conducting account reviews and training healthcare clinics on WELL Health products. This position requires effective customer engagement and relationship management, focusing on building referral networks and addressing customer escalations in tandem with the Sales Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct account reviews for WELL Clinic EMR customers
• Identify training gaps and provide tailored support
• Assist with product rollouts and adoption strategies
• Build strong relationships with OSCAR Pro customers
• Coordinate with the Customer Success Team for issue resolution
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of WELL Health products
• Extensive Oscar Pro EMR experience
