Enhance training programs as an Operations Analyst at BC Maritime Employers Association (BCMEA). This hybrid role includes one optional remote day per week to improve operational efficiency.
As an Operations Analyst, you will utilize analytical skills to make informed recommendations on training management. With 1 to 3 years of operational experience in a complex environment, you'll collaborate with teams to track workforce information and improve industry supply dynamics. Your work will include producing slide decks for management and maintaining a detailed understanding of trainee statuses.
