This position, based in Toronto, requires a legal expert to support management with strategic advice, contract negotiation, and compliance with federal and provincial laws. You will play a vital role in guiding the organization through complex matters and helping develop solutions for various legal challenges, especially within labour relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review contracts aligned with business goals
• Advise on compliance with laws and regulatory frameworks
• Contribute to strategic planning on legal matters
• Keep stakeholders informed on legislative changes
• Manage complex legal issues involving multiple parties
Requirements:
• LLB degree and active membership in Ontario Law Society
• 3 years of strategic legal advisory experience
