Key Responsibilities: • Manage the annual audit coordinating with external auditors • Review and prepare statutory accounts and necessary disclosures • Implement and maintain strong financial controls • Conduct month-end balance sheet reconciliations • Oversee Capex reporting along with the Fixed Asset Register
