Drive client success as a Hybrid Relationship Manager for Equity Plans Solutions at TMX. This role focuses on building strong client relationships and managing equity plan services from Toronto or Calgary.
As a Relationship Manager, your role is fundamental in establishing and maintaining professional client relationships. You'll work closely with Plan Sponsors to ensure their needs are met while overseeing operational tasks. Your communication skills will support both internal teams and clients, enhancing overall service delivery in the equity plans space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with clients to manage requests effectively
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships
• Administer Employee Plans according to client agreements
• Manage updates and training for Plan Sponsors
