Responsibilities
- Negotiate and prepare NDAs and vendor contracts
- Oversee and manage the contract lifecycle from start to finish
- Create and refine contract playbooks
- Develop and maintain a library of contract templates
- Facilitate training for internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in contract management
