About the Opportunity
Polaron Comfort is looking for experienced, licensed HVAC Installation Technicians to join our growing subcontractor network. As an independent contractor, you will be assigned residential installation jobs across our service area — furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and tankless water heaters — representing Polaron on-site with the professionalism and quality our customers expect.
This is a project-based opportunity best suited for established tradespeople who are equipped, licensed, and ready to hit the ground running.
What You’ll Be Doing
