Our client in Niagara Region, ON is actively looking for a HVAC Technician to join their team.

Position Description:
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the HVAC & Gas Technician's duties and responsibilities include the following:

Replace and remove filter and belts, visual inspection of the cabinet, flush drain and water piping, clean all condenser and evap. coils as needed, blow out blower housing and cabinets with nitrogen, check piping insulation, test/check and record refrigerant pressure, test and check electrical thermostat, lubricant applied as needed.

Test operation, complete service report for each unit including all necessary data (make/model/serial/general condition, unit/tag area served, work completed, material used.
