HVAC & Refrigeration Supervisor (NOC 72020)

Phase Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual with a strong background in commercial HVAC and project management. This is a leadership role with significant responsibility coordinating and managing an HVAC team, overseeing installations, repairs and daily operations, scheduling and coordinating projects with clients and team members, estimating projects and repairs and ensuring jobs are completed profitably and on time and at a high-quality standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HVAC (Heating, ventilation and air conditioning system projects) - Refrigeration Division from planning to execution, ensuring on time and on budget completion to high standards
• Supervise and mentor HVAC- Division workers and apprentices
• Oversee commercial HVAC Design- installations, repairs, and ductwork on all commercial and residential systems;
