HVAC Coil Design & Manufacturing Lead

Alliance Especializados del Aire S.A de C.V. is seeking an Engineering Manager for HVAC Coil Manufacturing. This role involves leading the engineering team responsible for the design and performance of hydronic and direct expansion HVAC coils, ensuring compliance with performance specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 8–12 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership skills. Fluency in English is required. Candidates should be prepared to support production and resolve manufacturing issues.
