Human Rights Programme Officer - Europe & Kosovo

Civil Rights Defenders is seeking a Programme Officer to manage its office in Kosovo and support local human rights organisations. This full-time role involves advocacy, project management, and capacity building in a complex environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 3 years of experience in human rights, and fluency in English, with strong IT skills. This position starts in March 2025 and aims to contribute meaningfully to human rights efforts.
