About the Role Under the supervision of the Team Lead and Coordinator of Human Resources Staffing and Employee Relations, the successful candidate will proactively champion a high-quality, customer-focused approach to recruitment as a trusted talent partner. The role will lead the execution and continuous improvement of the Human Resources recruitment strategy and will manage the recruitment and selection processes for a number of employee groups.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working on a variety of duties simultaneously, is excited about bringing new ideas and rolling out new HR trends and initiatives in the area of recruitment and talent acquisition. The successful candidate will be able to learn about the Board's values and work independently. This person will have a strong work ethic demonstrating pride in, and accountability for, the quality of their work.
