Job Description

Provide essential HR administrative support during a 12-month maternity leave. Your skills in communication and HR systems will contribute to an efficient workplace environment.
As an HR Generalist, you will engage with policies and procedures while maintaining HR systems. A college diploma or university degree in Human Resources Management is required, alongside two years of relevant experience, ideally in a unionized context.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the Performance Management and appraisal processes
• Support recruitment including job postings and resume sorting
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and communication boards
• Manage the administration of benefit provider queries
• Coordinate training schedules for employees
