Job Description
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Verify attendance records, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related data.
- Maintain and update payroll information in HR systems.
- Prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR leadership.
- Manage payroll-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social security contributions, and statutory requirements.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing support, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
- Partner with local HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment timelines.
- Conduct initial resume screening and support preliminary candidate assessments.
