Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee key HR areas and provide guidance on talent management practice, employee relations, labour relations and payroll, as well as all people related programs and processes
- Providing leadership to the Human Resources Advisors, Payroll, Occupational Health & Safety, Marketing and Executive Assistants
- Collaborating with the Pioneer Co-op leaders to create and drive organizational strategy and ensure consistent HR practices across all areas
- Partnering closely with the CEO to provide advice on people’s practices
- Developing HR policies that support key organizational activities and programs
- Assisting in collective bargaining activities, participating in negotiations, and providing guidance for effective grievance handling and arbitration preparation
