Human Resources Manager

Our client is on the hunt for a Human Resources Manager to work out of their offices on the Brampton/Mississauga border.

Reporting to the CEO/Managing Partner, the Human Resources Manager is both a strategic and hands‑on role that will develop, implement, and align HR programs with business objectives. The HR Manager will partner with business leaders on strategies and programs that identify, attract, align, and retain talent. This role will provide subject matter expertise and support to people leaders and team members in the areas of employee relations, performance and talent management, programs and policies, talent acquisition, on‑boarding and orientation, and people development.
