In this position, you will:
Perform the full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll processing, MPF, taxation, leave management and benefits administrationAssist in C&B initiatives such as annual budgeting, annual salary review, bonus and incentive programs, benefits schemes review, C&B benchmarking and other rewards related activitiesActively revamp & streamline HR policies & procedures to drive business efficiencyCompile HR related statistics and reports for management and relevant parties reviewPerform other responsibilities and ad-hoc duties assigned by management in order to meet organizational change and business requirements.To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
