Roam Transit is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen the people function for a growing, fast-paced organization with a clear community impact.
Based in the Bow Valley, this role is ideal for an experienced HR leader who wants to stay close to the work, support managers directly, build strong people systems, and help create a workplace where employees feel supported, recognized, and set up to do their best work.
Reporting to the Director, Finance and Administration, the HR Manager provides both strategic leadership and hands‑on HR support across the organization. This role supervises the HR Generalist and is responsible for leading the full range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and total rewards, policy development, HRIS, employee engagement, onboarding, offboarding, WCB, FOIP/privacy, workforce planning, and compliance.
