Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Human Resources Operations team in executing administrative and operational processes that contribute to a positive and efficient employee experience. This role offers hands‑on exposure to key HR processes, including onboarding support, document management, HR systems updates, internal communications, reporting, and process follow‑up.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, employee file updates, system registrations, and coordination of onboarding logistics.
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date employee records, databases, and digital documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.
