Position Purpose: The Human Resources Generalist supports day‑to‑day human resources operations and provides guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and employment‑related matters. This role supports recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives while helping to foster a positive workplace culture. This position will assist and provide support in implementing the Strategic Plan.
