Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Human Resources Generalist to support the HR Director and oversee corporate HR operations. This role provides leadership to the HR team, ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives while maintaining compliance with employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Provide direction and leadership to HR team members.
• Oversee HRIS Plex, attendance systems, and general HR administration.
• Manage performance management programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Counsel employees and leaders on HR policies and employment matters.
• Support workplace investigations and ensure compliance with legislation including ESA, AODA, OHSA, WSIA, and the Human Rights Code.
