Human Resources Generalist

Due to the opening of our new plant in Chihuahua City, we are looking for a well‑rounded Human Resources Generalist to support our manufacturing operations.

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Promote positive employee relations through conflict resolution, coaching, and engagement initiatives.
• Investigate and address employee complaints or grievances to ensure prompt resolution.
• Support onboarding processes, including new‑hire orientation, documentation collection, and training coordination.
• Support performance management programs, including employee goal setting and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations; participate in audits and generate required HR reports.
