Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Engineering or related- Six months of experience in Human Resources- Communication skills- Organization- Proactive
ACTIVITIES:
- Support of Recruiting for new employees (including preparation of job advertisements, job interviews and employment contracts)- Support of developing policies- Consulting activities and ongoing support for employees and managers- Onboarding.- Employee data management on the Fronius HR Management Software- Support of the subsidiary’s Management regarding HR topics- Contribution in HR projects and HR process design
