Director, Human Resources
works in the Corporate Services program. They lead human resource strategy development and implementation within the organization, while providing expert advice on HR-related matters. Working closely with the Executive team, the Director identifies HR opportunities and issues and works to ensure the appropriate supporting policies and procedures are in place to achieve the organization’s business goals, while integrating cultural differences across offices. The Director proactively builds and maintains strong, effective working relationships, building towards effective team dynamics and excellence in people management.
