Overview
The Human Resource Coordinator will be responsible for performing a wide range of day-to-day Human Resource functions including but not limited to recruitment, new-hire processing, terminations, workers' compensation audits and government compliance filings, leaves of absence and safety as well as answering general employee questions.
Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties for the Human Resource Coordinator will include but not be limited to the following:
- Recruiting at regional level
- Posts job openings internally and through external resources as needed
- Assist with the use of recruiting agencies
- Responsible for New Hires and Onboarding process
- Completes and communicates background check results to hiring managers
- Prepares new hire packets for the various company facilities
- Maintain files for all employees
