Contract Full‑Time Position, up to 16 months.

Reporting to: Manager of Human Resources.

Salary Range: $88,058 - $104,878.

Hours of Work: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Purpose of Position

Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator coordinates and delivers recruitment, onboarding, and HR orientation for the City of Woodstock. The role provides operational HR support in compensation and job evaluation, performance and attendance management, employee and labour relations, and the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
