Your mission: Provide strategic and operational HR support to ensure effective workforce planning, strong labour relations, and a high-performance culture aligned with Fraser Alexander values and business priorities. Key Responsibilities Talent & Workforce Planning Advise business leaders on structures, staffing needs, and succession planning. Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding for site-based roles. Support talent and leadership development initiatives. Employee Relations & Labour Compliance Ensure full compliance with Chilean labour law and internal policies. Support conflict resolution, grievance management, and union dialogue. Monitor workplace climate and drive positive organisational culture. Performance, Training & Development Implement Performance Management process with leaders. Identify training needs and support execution of development plans.
