HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER $65,000 - $75,000
Barrie, Ontario
8am-5pm - Monday to Friday
100% in office
Responsibilities
Partners with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, workforce planning, and overall business performance
Provides guidance on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace policy interpretation
Supports recruitment and talent management activities, including succession planning, onboarding, and retention strategies
Analyzes HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend improvements in engagement, productivity, and turnover
What we are looking for
3 years experience in a similar role (HR and H&S)
CHRP or CHRL preferred (or at minimum enrolled)
