POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Business Partner reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources and provides strategic and operational HR support to assigned departments within the Tsuut’ina Nation. This position serves as a trusted advisor to management and staff, offering guidance and expertise across all areas of human resources. The HR Business Partner is responsible for administering, interpreting, and contributing to the development of HR policies, procedures, and programs that support departmental and organizational goals. The incumbent will proactively identify and address workforce needs, promote employee engagement, and ensure compliance with applicable legislation and Nation policies. This role requires a high level of professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional service to employees and leadership.
