Lead HR initiatives at St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center, a leader in mental health services in Central New York. Oversee human resources management while supporting mental health efforts in the community.
In the role of Associate Director Human Resources at St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center, you will manage all HR operations and labor relations for our mental health facility. This position requires overseeing recruitment and staff operations while advising executive management on HR matters to support our mission of enabling successful community living.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise executive management on HR-related issues
•Direct facility recruitment program for staffing needs
•Administer labor relations programs and grievance procedures
•Participate in labor/management committee meetings
•Supervise the Human Resources Office staff
Requirements:
• One year as Associate Director Human Resources 1 (Institution)
