**Description**:
This role will partner with the leaders of the business in Mexico.
The role serves as trusted business partner to implement best practices and manage initiatives to support business strategy and growth through successful delivery of the HR agenda.
This role will involve working closely with the HR Centres of Expertise (COEs), Talent Advisors and HR Services to manage employee relations, HR operations, organisational effectiveness, performance management, talent development and total rewards whilst ensuring seamless delivery to the client.

**Integration & Change Management**:
- Manage and oversee the HR function in Mexico
- Provide guidance on organisational design and relevant HR change management matters, ensuring the smooth on-boarding and training support for colleagues
- Establish and embed HR solutions and ways of working while continuously improving service levels
