Job Description
Defining, implementing and/or maintaining overarching HR strategy, policies, and guidelines for VISHAY or assigned entities.Planning and coordinating, and/or implementing HR projects and processes (i.e., programs, initiatives, and surveys, etc...).
Ensuring HR operations and matters (i.e., performance mgmt., leaves or disciplinary matters, disputes, legal claims, etc.)
Identifying organization staffing and recruiting needs, and ensuring or executes effective recruitment programs.
Ensuring utilization, or effectively utilizing HR systems and tools (e.g. HRIS systems, HR cloud services, etc...)
Monitoring and ensuring the organization’s compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Executes recurring day-to-day administration or service-related operations, in processes as assigned..
Selects, apply and/or adapt procedures and practices to cover all occurring variances in work.
Serves internal stakeholder or clients with accurate and reliable...
