What you’ll do:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Human Resources Advisor/Payroll & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for:
Overseeing various Talent Management Functions.
Development parameters and frameworks around policies and procedures that allow for consistent application. Administering and coordinating all in-house and external learning and development opportunities for Team Leaders and Team Members.Administer and advise on interpretation of the Collective Agreement. Leading the Co-ops labour relations function. Leading recruitment and selection. Administering and coordinating employee retention programs. Administering Co-op benefits plan/program, and administering, monitoring, and reporting on health and safety compliance in all departments.
