Job Description
Drive HR excellence at Artemis Gold as a Human Resources Advisor. This role emphasizes recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement on-site at Blackwater Mine in British Columbia.
Reporting to the VP – Commercial, Major Projects, you will manage day-to-day HR functions across Capital Projects. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of HR experience in the mining field, with an understanding of labor laws and employment practices. Your responsibilities will also include enforcing safety standards, designing innovative recruitment strategies, and enhancing employee relations.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment tasks and onboarding processes
